Launching in February - my small group coaching for women with type 1 bipolar

I’m excited to invite you to a 4-week, small group coaching program for women living with Bipolar I, meeting on Zoom on Sunday evenings from 6:00–7:30pm throughout February.

This group will be limited to just 5 women, so that it can stay intimate, supportive, and truly safe.

This will be a space where we can:

  • Share honestly about what we’ve been through

  • Talk about what’s helped us stay steady (and what hasn’t)

  • Learn from one another

  • And feel less alone in this journey

FAQs about this small group experience

What will the sessions be like?
Each session will be a blend of coaching and conversation. I’ll guide the group with prompts, light teaching, and practical tools, while also leaving space for everyone to share and feel supported. Think: coached conversation, not a lecture or a therapy session.

Will I get individual coaching time?
Because this is a small group, everyone will have opportunities to speak and be seen — but this isn’t traditional 1:1 coaching. Instead, you’ll gain insight, skills, and next steps through group dialogue, reflection, and shared learning.

Is this a therapy group?
No — this is a coaching and peer-support space, not therapy. It’s designed to help you build balance, awareness, and practical strategies while connecting with others who truly understand life with Bipolar I.

Is this a confidential space?
Yes. Creating safety and trust is essential. What is shared in the group stays in the group, so everyone can speak openly and honestly.

Who is this group for?
This group is for women with a Bipolar I diagnosis who are looking for connection, practical support, and a space to grow alongside others who truly get it.
